Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within  14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and labels attached.
  • We do not accept returns on:
    • Final sale or clearance items.
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Perishable goods (if applicable).
    • Gift cards.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

3. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or variant, we allow one exchange per order.
  • Exchanges are processed only after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges (both returning the original item and shipping the new one).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us here with the order number, and we will provide a free return label.

5. How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship the item back to our return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 7-14 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
